4. Speak up: Share your ideas and opinions. Your unique perspective deserves to be heard. 🗣️
5. Take risks: Be willing to step outside your comfort zone and take calculated risks.
6. Practice resilience: When you encounter challenges, keep going. Build resilience by bouncing back and trying again. 🙌

The fact is, owning your power is crucial for career success. It gives you a sense of control, builds confidence and resilience, and leads to greater opportunities and success. So, start taking control of your own life and career today. Believe in yourself, take responsibility, speak up, take risks, and practice resilience. You've got this! 👊

“Princeton’s new residential colleges, Yeh College and New College West, were celebrated on Friday, May 5, as vibrant living-learning communities designed to foster connection, inclusivity and interactions among students. The new colleges, which opened last fall, are part of the University’s commitment to make a Princeton education accessible to more high-achieving students from all backgrounds. "The day of celebrations was capped with dedications of Kwanza Jones Hall and José E. Feliciano Hall. Kwanza Jones ’93 and José E. Feliciano ’94 had their first official date not far from where Kwanza Jones Hall and José E. Feliciano Hall now stand in New College West. The residential halls are adjacent to one another and are the first two Princeton buildings named after Black and Latino benefactors. As several speakers during the two ceremonies noted, they stand as a testament to the aspirations of true inclusion and belonging." - Princeton University Alumni
